Sexually Transmitted Infections Study ~ Sexually active women with and without symptoms and not currently on antibiotics

Vaginal Yeast Infection Study ~ Over 18 years old with symptoms who have not used antifungal treatment within 7 days

Recurrent Bacterial Vaginosis ~ Women experiencing their third Bacterial Vaginosis infection this year.

Hot Flash Study ~ Healthy women who are Menopausal and experiencing Hot Flashes

Endometriosis ~ Women with the diagnosis of Endometriosis

Uterine Fibroids ~ Women with the diagnosis of Uterine Fibroids

Glaucoma ~ Men and Women with a diagnosis of Glaucoma or Ocular Hypertension

CIN 2/3 ~ Women with CIN2/3 results on a recent PAP smear

Pharmacogenetic-guided Treatment for Depression and Anxiety - over 18 years of age, diagnosed with depression and/or anxiety who are inadequately controlled or newly diagnosed. Participation limited to patients in our practice.

Ongoing, no longer recruiting or completed studies:

Contraceptive Vaginal Ring ~ Women interested in a Contraceptive Vaginal Ring (using Levonorgestrel -  a hormone already used in other types of birth control methods)

Decreased Sexual Desire Study ~ Women experiencing a Decrease in Sexual Desire

~ Women experiencing Vaginal Dryness, Itching, Irritation or Painful Intercourse

~ Women experiencing Recurrent Yeast Infections

~Women interested in a Contraceptive Patch (using same type of hormones that are in many birth control pills)

~ Women and men experiencing Over Active Bladder symptoms

~ Individuals with Hereditary Angioedema

~ Individuals, at least 12 years old, with Asthma. Must be currently taking corticosteroids or have an asthma-related hospital stay (>24hrs) in the past year

~Women with Osteoporosis

~ Healthy, Sexually Active Women interested in taking Oral Contraceptives (birth control pills)

~ Women suffering from Urinary Incontinence

~ Women experiencing Bacterial Vaginosis symptoms

~Women experiencing Female Sexual Dysfunction

~ Women currently experiencing Vaginal Dryness / Vaginal Atrophy

~ Girls ages 12 to 18, having regular periods, needed for Bone Density Study

~Healthy women, 18-35, interested in NON-hormonal birth control   

~ Menopausal Women atleast age 50, with low sexual desire (decreased libido) who are also being treated for high blood pressure, diabetes or high cholesterol

~ Black/African Americans with Diabetes, taking no medicine OR just one oral medication

~ Healthy, sexually active women interested in oral contraceptives (birth control pill) and fewer menstrual cycles

~ Healthy women experiencing a decrease in libido or sexual desire

~ Healthy women who are naturally menopausal

~ Women with an abnormal PAP smear and untreated HPV

~ Women with Osteoporosis

~ African Am men, women & children who use inhaled steriods for asthma
